Personal Injury Lawyer Database

The Toronto Acquired Brain Injury Network is a recognized leader in and collective voice for acquired brain injury (ABI). We bring together providers from both healthcare and social services to generate solutions that improve the quality and accessibility of publicly funded services for individuals affected by ABI.

Working together with our hospital partners - SickKids, St. Michael's Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre - we developed the Personal Injury Lawyer Database to help individuals, who have suffered a personal injury access legal services. The database features personal injury lawyer profiles so that you can find and compare services.

In developing this database, the Toronto ABI Network and Participating Hospitals (including Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, SickKids, St. Michael’s Hospital) issued a public request for information on personal injury lawyers in the Spring of 2013. This request for information invited personal injury lawyers to respond and was published in the April 19 and April 26, 2013 issues of Ontario Reports (a weekly newsletter published by the Law Society of Upper Canada).

All lawyers who responded to the request for information were asked to confirm their inclusion into the database in the Fall of 2013.  All respondents who had originally submitted a response to the request for information and who had confirmed they wished to be included, have been included in the database.

Updates to the database are anticipated no more frequently than annually. Lawyers who are not initially included in the database may submit profiles at the time of the Toronto ABI Network’s regular updates to the database.
