The ABI System Navigators promote and improve system access and capacity, while also improving outcomes and supporting those living with ABI, caregivers, family members and professionals.
There are 14 ABI System Navigators across the province. The four common responsibilities within this role include:
- Education
- Resource Navigation
- Complex Case Coordination
- Identification of System Gaps and Barriers
