Accessing Behavioural Supports


Questions about accessing behavioural supports?

Join us May 9th at 12 noon for an overview of behavioural supports available in the GTA. Moderated by the Toronto ABI Network, the webinar will be presented by staff from Community Head Injury Resource Services (CHIRS), Cota, Mind Forward (previously PHDABIS) and York Simcoe Brain Injury, Mackenzie Health Behavioural.

Who should attend? 
Professionals in health care and/or social services in hospital and community organizations that work with individuals that have an acquired brain injury. In particular, those involved in care coordination and/or discharge planning.

How to Participate

Space is limited to the first 100 people to sign into the webinar.  To maximize participation, we encourage people from the same location to log in using the same computer. There is a separate audio dial-in, so a speakerphone will be needed for groups using one webinar login.
