The Toronto ABI Network has released its new best practices guideline for planning the hospital to community transition for individuals with acquired brain injury.
New resource provides wait times for ABI services
The resource is designed to support transition planning and help clinicians, patients, families and caregivers plan and make decisions about ABI services.
