Questions about accessing behavioural and mental health supports?
Join us May 16^th at 12 noon for the FINAL webinar in our series. This webinar will provide an overview of behavioural and mental health supports available in the GTA. Moderated by the Toronto ABI Network, the webinar will be presented by staff from Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences – Inpatient & Outpatient and West Park Healthcare Centre – Behaviour Inpatient & Outpatient Program.

Who should attend?
Professionals in health care and/or social services in hospital and community organizations that work with individuals that have an acquired brain injury. In particular, those involved in care coordination and/or discharge planning.
