The CENTRAL LINK ABI Resource Library is a wide-ranging collection of Regional, Provincial and National resources that can facilitate navigation to funded support services for persons with an acquired brain injury (ABI), caregivers and support professionals.
The comprehensive resource hub was developed to help individuals living with brain injury, and those who support them find resources to help them reintegrate back into the community. Resources consider that after a brain injury, individuals may need more than just ABI-focused support, so resources are divided into five main categories:
- ABI Supports and Services
- Community Supports and Social Services
- Specialized Supports and Services
- Accessibility
- Healthcare
Currently there are region-specific resources for Toronto, Central (North Simcoe-Muskoka and York-South Simcoe), East (Central East) and North East.
