2018 Webinar Series

Finding it hard to find the right services for your patients/clients? Wondering about wait times? Have questions about admission criteria?

Accessing ABI Services in the GTA is a lunchtime webinar series designed to provide the answers. Each webinar focuses on a particular type of service, providing an overview of the programs available, admission criteria and wait times. Moderated by the Toronto ABI Network, the webinars will be presented by program staff from hospitals and community agencies across the GTA.

This webinar series would most benefit professionals in health care and/or social services in hospital and community organizations that work with individuals that have an acquired brain injury. In particular, those involved in care coordination and/or discharge planning.

Moderator: Toronto ABI Network
