Network releases COVID-19 service impact report
To further support efficient transitions from hospital to community, the Toronto ABI Network has conducted an environmental scan of services available and service changes in the community as a result of COVID-19.
The ABI community service COVID-19 information report provides up-to-date information on operational changes, service offered, availability of in-person and/or virtual services, and changes to wait times as a result of this pandemic.
The information in this report will be updated every 4 weeks.
