Network welcomes new board chair
The Toronto ABI Network is pleased to announce that Hedy Chandler, Executive Director of Community Head Injury Resource Services of Toronto is the Network’s new Board Chair. Hedy recently assumed leadership of the Board after Malcolm Moffat stepped down following 14 years as Chair. |

Hedy brings a wealth of experience working within the ABI community and has worked with multiple stakeholders in government, health care and the community. She has served as an executive committee member with the Toronto ABI Network since 1995 and most recently served as Chair of the Directors’ Network, a network of executive directors of funded community-based programs for adults in Ontario living with ABI. She is also President of the CHIRS Foundation for Brain Injury Rehabilitation. Hedy is also founder of the Ontario Association of Community-Based Boards of Acquired Brain Injury Services. |
