The Toronto ABI Network is pleased to share our 2019/20 annual report, Supporting Members. Supporting people with ABI.

The report provides an update of our work over the last year to

• improve transitions from hospital to the community,
• advocate for services for people with complex needs,
• share ABI knowledge and resources, and
• coordinate referrals to inpatient rehab and community and outpatient services.
